We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with the below specifications to work with us in our İstanbul Office.

 

Qualifications;

·        Serves customers by selling our hardware and software solutions and services.

·        Maintain existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales Leads and other trade factors.

·        Focuses on sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.

·        Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

·        Monitor and evaluate current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and sales techniques.

·        Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments to upsell and cross-sell

·        Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

·        Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

·        Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

·        Solution sales knowledge related to Infrastructure, Cloud and Security Solutions

·        Ability to understand maintaining sales cycle

·        Client relationships existing market portfolio is plus

·        Experience in the usage of one of the popular sales CRM software on the market

·        Ability to take the initiative and action

Education, Experience:

·        BA/BS University degree in reputable universities

·        Minimum five years of industry sales experience, especially in the commercial mid-market business territory

·        Strong control over Microsoft Office and known CRM solutions.

·           Should live in the Anatolian side of Istanbul due to HQ location
